Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain executives' appointments and calendars.
Organize and oversee email communications.
Prepare presentations and spreadsheets as needed.
Handle social media management tasks.
Develop structure, workflows, and processes to improve efficiency.
Conduct research on technologies and provide recommendations.
Administer CRM systems, including updates and data entry.
Arrange travel logistics, including booking flights, transportation, and accommodations.
Assist with project coordination and support.
