Position: Virtual Assistant
We are dedicated to supporting clients across various industries, including Executive Assistance, Administration, Marketing, Web Design, Social Media, Content Development, and Strategy, among others.
This is a fully remote, W2 employee position—please note that it is not a contractor role.
As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our organization. Our Virtual Assistants interact directly with clients, and we emphasize professionalism in every communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple clients in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, potentially handling up to 10 clients simultaneously.
Execute a variety of projects typically associated with an Executive Assistant role, including managing marketing systems, making website edits, overseeing multiple third-party platforms, creating engaging content, and managing social media accounts.
Work independently to meet client goals and deliverables.
Take the initiative to seek additional tasks and projects from clients.
Compile and share daily and weekly reports with multiple clients.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of time worked and tasks completed.
Participate in regular team meetings to foster collaboration and communication.
Support clients through video meetings, ensuring clarity and connection.
Ideal Candidate Characteristics:
Detail-oriented and proactive.
Strong ability to work independently while contributing to a small team.
Extensive customer service experience.
Familiarity with systems such as Wix, Teamwork, Google Suite, Shopify, WordPress, and various project management and CRM software.
Well-developed interpersonal skills and a high capacity for problem-solving.
Resourceful and research-oriented, with the ability to create effective systems and processes.
Excellent multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
3-5 years of experience in an administrative assistant role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, CRM software, and project management tools is essential.
A minimum of 3-5 years of executive assistant or project management experience.
Exceptional communication skills, with an emphasis on proactive and clear communication in a remote setting.
A dedicated home office setup, including a Mac or PC with high-speed internet, video conferencing capabilities, and a designated professional workspace.
