The Role
As a UI/UX Designer at Jericho Security, you will drive the user experience and accelerate the product roadmap by creating intuitive, effective designs. You'll collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure designs meet user needs and are executed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Create intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences based on customer feedback and market research.
• Work closely with the product team to ideate and accelerate roadmap items and improve overall product usability.
• Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and testing to ensure design effectiveness.
• Ensure all designs are scalable and aligned with Jericho's business goals.
• Analyze design performance using user feedback and data, iterating to improve engagement.
• Some flexible hours in order to coordinate with our dev team in Taipei, Taiwan

Relevant Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and communicate design decisions.
• Data-driven with the ability to measure design impact and iterate based on user behavior.
