We're looking for a skilled Remote Therapist to provide essential counseling services to clients. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals overcome challenges and improve their overall well-being.

What You'll Do:

Counseling Sessions: Conduct remote individual counseling sessions using a secure teletherapy platform.
Group Therapy: Facilitate virtual group therapy sessions, following established guidelines.
Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Performance Review: Analyze weekly productivity reports and implement strategies to improve performance.
Community Outreach: Collaborate with community partners to promote mental health services.
Administrative Tasks: Participate in team meetings and complete other administrative duties as needed.
What You'll Need:

Education and Licensure: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Clinical Psychology, along with a valid LCSW or LCPC license.
Clinical Skills: Strong clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and electronic health records.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
