Duties

• Conduct outbound calling to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments.
• Engage with prospects through various channels, including email and social media, to establish relationships and identify their needs.
• Utilize data base to manage leads, and maintain accurate records of customer information.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus for engaging with diverse clientele.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products and services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in technology sales or inside sales environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to achieve results.
• Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are highly desirable but not mandatory.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
