Job Description

We're a growing team of passionate professionals dedicated to helping children with autism reach their full potential. We're looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and provide in-home therapy services.

What You'll Do:

Empower Children: Implement individualized behavior intervention plans to help children with autism develop essential skills.
Work One-on-One: Provide direct therapy sessions to children in their homes, building strong relationships and creating a positive learning environment.
Collaborate with a Team: Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child.
Track Progress: Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Build Strong Relationships: Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure a smooth and collaborative partnership.
What You'll Bring:

High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Passion for working with children
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
