Position: Field Marketing Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads from homeowners interested in solar, construction, and HVAC services through canvassing, field marketing, and utilizing personal referral network.
• Provide detailed information about our programs, services, and products to potential customers.
• Actively listen to homeowners' concerns and questions, offering tailored solutions.
• Schedule and conduct informative sessions with homeowners to assess their needs.
• Represent the company with integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
• Enjoy the process and maintain a friendly demeanor throughout interactions.

Experience:

• No sales experience required; we provide exceptional training for motivated and coachable individuals.
• Preferred experience in customer service or sales roles.
• Familiarity with door-to-door canvassing techniques is advantageous.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and handle objections professionally.
• Bilingual proficiency is an asset.

Compensation:

• Competitive compensation ranging from $60,000 to $130,000+ per year.
• Uncapped commission structure.
