Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms.
• Create and curate engaging, high-quality content including posts, graphics, videos, and stories
• Manage day-to-day social media activity, including community management and responding to comments/messages
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply best practices to our social media channels
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, using data to optimize strategies and campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals
• Run social media ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to drive engagement, leads, and sales
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and emerging platforms to keep content fresh and relevant

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses
• Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and best practices
• Proven ability to create engaging, on-brand content that resonates with audiences
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and an understanding of visual storytelling
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
