Job Summary:


- The role is for a Senior UX/UI Designer based in Chicago, IL.
- The duration of the contract is 6 months.
- The candidate will be required to do a video interview.

- The role involves designing, testing, and delivering content across various digital touchpoints.
- The candidate will be required to design experience and influence strategies for different audiences and stakeholders.
- Collaboration with product management, research, visual design, engineering, and stakeholders is a part of the job.
- The candidate should have the ability to clearly articulate design choices and rationale.
- The role requires working with design systems and knowing when to use existing patterns and when to create new concepts.
- The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in designing for content and information, interaction design, and visual design.
- The candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design methods and principles.
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping is required; motion design skills are a bonus.
- The candidate should be well-versed in accessibility and designing for broad audiences.
- Experience working in a scrum/agile environment and with developers is required.
- The candidate should have experience working with UX researchers and various research methods.
