Capitol Coffee is seeking a reliable Hybrid Route Delivery Driver Helper to assist with delivering products and looking after break rooms and associated areas for a key customer. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, the ability to lift heavy products, and a commitment to maintaining a positive and professional attitude while ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

Daily Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure all areas at customer site are fully stocked and maintained, including breakrooms and breakout areas
• Assist in pulling orders in the warehouse for loading
• Load and unload product from van, ensuring accurate delivery to break rooms and breakout areas
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours at a time
• Ability to individually lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the day
• Previous experience in delivery and customer service or a similar role, preferred
• Comfortable with repetitive movements and tasks throughout the day
• Proficient in the use of a smartphone and basic computer applications
• Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
