Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as an experienced mortgage loan professional! In this hybrid position, you will play a vital role in evaluating and processing loan applications specifically for our valued VA client base. Your key responsibilities will include engaging with applicants to gather financial information, assessing creditworthiness, and discussing loan terms. We're looking for someone with excellent communication and customer service skills, along with a solid understanding of the VA loan process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with new VA applicants through live calls
- Utilize Salesforce to manage new business opportunities
- Conduct interviews to collect financial information from applicants
- Assess creditworthiness and process loan applications
- Submit files for underwriting and clear approval conditions
- Prepare transactions for the closing department
- Assist clients in understanding their contract terms and conditions
- Provide rate quotes to prospective customers
- Maintain detailed records for all accounts

Qualifications:

- Military service experience is a plus
- Previous experience as a Loan Processor is preferred
- Familiarity with standard mortgage loan origination systems (LOS) such as Calyx, Encompass, LendingQB, etc.
- Strong organizational skills for managing email communications
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service and communication abilities
- Comprehensive understanding of VA loan processes, including WebLGY, Lender Handbook, and AUS

This is a remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from home while making a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 60,000.00 Per Year
