Role Overview:

As an IDR Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in managing billing reviews and ensuring accuracy in the dispute resolution process. Your work will involve tracking claims, verifying compliance with negotiation guidelines, and managing deadlines within a fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in medical billing with a keen eye for accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Review Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) for accuracy and compliance.
Assess eligibility for No Surprises Act (NSA) Open Negotiations and IDR submissions.
Ensure adherence to NSA Open Negotiation guidelines and timelines.
Verify and audit Open Negotiation processes for accuracy and completeness.
Submit initial Federal IDR cases, ensuring correct documentation and compliance.
Track and document individual accounts in the IDR process for clear, organized record-keeping.
Qualifications:

Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Prior experience in medical billing is preferred.
Experience working in Free-Standing Emergency Rooms is a strong plus.
Ability to manage deadlines efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $19-$21 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Schedule:

Full-Time Position (40 hours per week).
Flexible shift options, Monday through Friday.
