Overview:
As a Healthcare Account Manager, you'll be the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met, and helping to drive growth and satisfaction. You'll build lasting relationships with clients, collaborate with internal teams, and play a key role in understanding and meeting client goals while identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor.
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts.
Work closely with subject matter experts to develop effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
Proactively assess and respond to client needs, proposing tailored solutions that drive retention and revenue growth.
Forecast and track key performance metrics to evaluate account health and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct regular account reviews, ensuring goals are being met and addressing any performance gaps.
Handle client concerns and issues with a sense of urgency, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to exceed client expectations and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
At least 2 years of experience in account management, with healthcare experience preferred.
Willingness to travel overnight (up to 20%).
Availability for on-call after-hours support, as needed.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels of management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business and technology needs.
High energy, self-motivated, and highly organized, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
