Fraud Analyst Location Mesa, AZ (Southeast area) : What's Under the Hood DriveTime Family of Brands includes in-house financing and servicing through Bridgecrest, which is one of the country's leading financial servicing providers. Bridgecrest services roughly $17 billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers. That's Nice, But What's the Job? That's Nice, But What's the Job? In short, as a Fraud Analyst you will critically review customer documents, data, and investigation tools to accurately identify/categorize a variety of fraud types while generating business solutions for fraud prevention. In long, our Fraud Analyst is responsible for:
- Utilizing documents and data from first and third party sources to identify potential fraud within pre-sale and post-sale functions
- Accurately drawing conclusions from investigations by diagnosing fraud and applying proper confidence levels and remedies
- Summarizing trends and drawing investigative conclusions for forensic reviews of originations with poor performance
- Presenting findings and business proposals to a variety of audiences, including partner departments and company leaders
- Working in collaboration with diverse project resources including Lending Operations, IT/Developers, and Business Analysts
So What Kind of Folks Are We Looking for? - Investigators and risk assessors. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of document assessment and/or fraud detection to drive changes to company policy.

The Specifics. - 2 years of underwriting experience
- 1 year of fraud investigation/analyst experience
Nice to Haves. - Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency with Excel and data analysis experience
- Proficiency with Lexis Nexis, TLO, CLEAR or similar identity verification systems
- Experience in both direct and indirect auto financing
