The role of a business manager is dynamic and can vary from business to business, in line with the priorities of the different lines of business.!

As a Finance & Business Management, Analyst for US Private Bank, you will help optimize performance and lead key initiatives. We act as trusted advisors and counterweight to Business/Group Heads, and are responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks. 

Job responsibilities

• Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
• Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques
• Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and track team deliverables
• Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and business partners, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes
• Engage front-office, support, and control functions to understand root causes of recurring issues, coordinate the execution of remediation's and seek the optimization of processes and controls
• Participate in risk reduction by monitoring & maintaining a sound control environment and supporting audit and regulatory reviews and initiatives

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
• Relevant work experience 
• Ability to multi-task and organize work to meet deadlines across multiple projects and stakeholders
• Ability to deliver timely, high-quality presentations and reporting for various audiences
• Great analytical skills with a high attention to detail
• Intermediate-level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills
