Requirements:

  • Expertise in direct response email marketing with a deep understanding of best practices and revenue-driving techniques.
  • Proficiency with major email marketing platforms and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in A/B testing, performance tracking, and optimizing key email metrics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple email campaigns simultaneously to meet business goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in finance or investing-related products (or other high-value customer models with complex customer journeys) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with other marketing channels (e.g., SMS, push notifications) is advantageous.
  • Advanced understanding of customer segmentation, automation, and personalization for email revenue maximization.

Why You'll Love Working Here:

  • Play a critical role in driving revenue and contributing directly to the growth of the business through email marketing.
  • Work with a dynamic and collaborative team focused on growth, innovation, and data-driven results.
  • A fast-paced, flexible environment that encourages learning, creativity, and professional development.
