Broker for Financial Services – Commission-Based Opportunity
Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated brokers to join Venture Plans Financing Division, where you’ll play a vital role in identifying businesses that meet our lending criteria. This commission-based position offers the potential to earn higher income than a salaried role, with 20% of all commissions on deals closed.

About the Role:
As a Broker, you will be responsible for prospecting businesses that require funding to grow, expand, or manage capital needs. This includes:
- Sourcing businesses that align with our lending criteria.
- Building and maintaining client relationships.
- Introducing clients to our tailored lending products and services.
- Working with our underwriting team to ensure smooth, successful closings.

Venture Plans Financing specializes in strategic financial services, helping businesses secure capital for growth, expansion, and acquisition. Our services are tailored to meet unique financing needs, with a focus on successful outcomes and sustainable growth.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in financial services or related sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage leads, and conduct follow-ups.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales software.
- Commitment to a minimum of 6 months.
- Professional presentation for client meetings (virtual and in-person).
Additional Requirements:
- Strong self-motivation and resilience.
- Owns a vehicle for travel to client locations.
- Skilled in relationship-building and networking.
Commission Structure:
- Base Commission: 50% of 4 % on closed deals, with commissions ranging widely based on deal size. We fund up to 5M.
- Income Potential: This role offers substantial income potential, with active brokers having the capacity to earn over $300,000 per year based on commitment and sales volume.
