Job Description

Requirements and Responsibilities:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Office Systems
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge and command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) and Image.
  • Ability to express oneself orally and in writing in English and Spanish
  • Management of confidential information
  • Support the efforts of the vice president of the division.
  • Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks.
  • Possess skills in managing agendas and calendars.
  • Ability to write letters, reports and other general documents
  • Ability to receive, channel and document telephone calls.
  • Receive and channel correspondence.
  • Perform general office tasks.
  • Assist executive personnel.
